Order & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
For orders that do not contain any apparels, your order will be shipped out in 2-3 working days. Kindly note that there may be delays during launch periods.
For orders that only contain in-house design (non-customised) apparels, your order will be shipped out in 3-7 working days, as apparels are embroidered to order.
For orders that contain customised apparels, the processing times are as follow:
- Text Customs: Around 1-2 weeks
- Photo Outline Customs: Around 3-4 weeks
- Pet Portrait Customs: Around 4 weeks.

If you would like your order to be expedited, we offer a rush order service at checkout (under shipping options). For orders containing customised apparels with rush order selected, the illustration will be sent to you for approval within 2 working days, and your order will be shipped out 2-3 working days after approval of illustration.
My order contains a pre-order item. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
If an item in your order is placed as a pre-order, the processing time will depend on whether your piece is custom or part of our in-house (non-custom) collections.
For custom pieces, we'll begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, including preparing your illustration for approval. Your piece will be embroidered once the restock shipment reaches us.
For in-house pieces (non-custom), processing will begin after the restock shipment has reached us, and your order will then proceed with embroidery and shipment.
Restock typically take around 2 to 3 weeks to reach us. If the restock arrives earlier than our usual processing timeframe, there will be no additional waiting time.
In the event that there are delays with the incoming restock shipment, your order may be delayed slightly. Please be rest assured that once the shipment reaches us, your piece will be prioritised for embroidery and shipment.
We truly appreciate your patience, as each piece is carefully custom-made and prepared with care.
Can my order be expedited?
If you would like your order to be expedited, we offer a rush order service at checkout (under shipping options).
For orders containing customised apparels with rush order selected, the illustration will be sent to you for approval within 2 working days, and your order will be shipped out 2-3 working days after approval of illustration.
How much is shipping?
All orders within Singapore are shipped with tracked delivery at a flat fee of $2.80. Orders above $70 enjoy free shipping within Singapore.
For international orders, your shipping fees will be calculated based on product weights, and shown to you at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide!
If checkout shows that your country isn't eligible for shipment, kindly drop us an email at hello@twotownsapparel.com, and we will make shipping arrangements for your order.
How long does delivery take?
For orders shipped to Singapore, your order will reach in 1-3 working days after order processing.
For international orders, the estimated delivery duration is stated at checkout.
About Our Apparels
Are your apparels gender-neutral?
Yes! Our apparels are gender-neutral, with a unisex-sizing.
What material are your sweatshirts made of?
Our sweatshirts are made with 100% french terry cotton.
They provide an excellent drape without looking too baggy. French terry cotton makes the interior feel soft and cosy.
What material are your tees made of?
Our tees are made with 100% heavyweight cotton.
They provide an excellent drape & structured fit, without compromising on comfort & breathability.
How should I care for my apparels?
Machine wash cold (less than 30 degrees celsius).
Do not tumble dry.
Do not wash with sharp objects.
Do not iron on embroidery.
Avoid heat during washing and drying.
