Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange policy is only applicable to the following:
- Defective and/or Incorrect Item
- Non-Customised Items to be exchanged with items that are ready in stock
Defective and/or Incorrect Item
All items are checked before they are packed and shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item or item that is different from what you have ordered, kindly drop us an email at hello@twotownsapparel.com. Let us make it right for you 🫶🏻
In the email, include your order number (this can be found in the confirmation email sent to you when your order was placed on our website), and photo(s) of the defective/incorrect item. We will be in touch with you to process your return/exchange request.
If your request for refund is successful, the amount will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Exchange of Non-Customised Items
If you would like to exchange non-customised items, drop us an email at hello@twotownsapparel.com, and we will be in touch with you to process your exchange request.
Non-Customised Items are only allowed to be exchanged with items that are ready in stock i.e. Apparels that are marked "Ready Stock", and all Pillow Totes. Customers will bear the additional shipping fee for the return & redelivery of exchanged Items. You may arrange your own shipping method for the return, or you may request for us to make the arrangements for you.
Terms & Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
All requests for returns and exchanges have to be made within 7 working days after the item has been delivered to you.
- All requests for exchanges are subjected to product availability.
- All items sent in for refunds/exchanges have to be in their original condition with product tags intact.
We reserve the right to reject requests for returns and exchanges if the aforementioned conditions are not met.
